WORK ORDER REQUEST GUIDELINES
- All work order requests must be made in writing using the Work Order Request Form and submitted to the office staff. It will only be accepted from unit owners (not lessees).
- Requests will be handled in the sequence received by the office for all work order requests unless there is an emergency such as water leaking.
- Our staff does not repair appliances, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, clothes washers, etc.
STANDARD RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS
- $20.00 minimum labor chargeand $20.00 for each additional ½ hour thereafter.
- There is a minimum travel chargeof $40.00 for any part(s) that need to be picked up by our staff.
- If the condo provides the part, the cost of the part(s) will be added to the bill.
**PAYMENT IS DUE UPON COMPLETION OF THE WORK**
