Owners wishing to update or renovate their apartments are required to complete the Condo Renovation/Modification Form and submit a damages/security check to the Manager’s Office prior to any work being completed in your apartment. Please understand that it is the owners responsibility to ensure that code permits are properly secured for all required work. Failure to do so can (and has) resulted in the renovation work having to be removed and done over. Protect your investment and ensure that any work is properly permitted.
Contractors are required to clean-up any debris as a result of their work. Owners will be held responsible for damage to Association property.
